Customer Reviews
Customer Review: I’ve had our CalphalonÂŽ Ceramic Nonstick 12-pc. Cookware Set for about a month and I can truely say this is non-stick cookware. I have dry-fried several differnet foods, including eggs, without them sticking. Any minor carbonization is quickly and easily cleaned. With a minimum amout of bacon grease, about an 1/8 of atps., I can loosen the edges of fried eggs and swirl them in the pan. I could not with my Gothic Steel cook set. The long handles stay cool as do the lid hadles. The slotted lids and pour spouts make drain vegetables and pasta easy and safe. They show no signs of scratching from using metal utensils. Time will tell how dishwasher compatable they are. Definitately worth the money.
Customer Review: Love these frying pans. They heat and cook beautifully. They are not heavy. Nice pans for an elderly lady.

Customer Reviews
Customer Review: Absolutely wonderful cookware! Iâve been cooking a VERY long time and Iâm rarely impressed with anything. Even my cast iron disappoints. Not this cookware!!! Itâs amazing. Nothing sticks. NOTHING. Itâs a beautiful off white color. The handles are âplasticâ but they are hefty and look like wood. Lids and handles come unassembled, but it only takes a second to put the handles on. They even give you a cute little screwdriver. Nice packaging. Well protected. Pans literally wipe clean with a paper towel – CLEAN AS A WHISTLE – but I still give them a quick rinse with warm water & dish soap to be safe đ I had a small issue with my utensils (not their fault) and the seller was very kind and helpful. Iâd give this set 10 stars if I could. Buy a set! Gift a set! Enjoy cooking (and cleaning up) again! They are amazing đ
Customer Review: The media could not be loaded. These are the best pans that I have ever gotten myself. They are non stick and durable. Some are heavy! You do need to screw on the handles and the lid knobs. But that is easy. The color is just how I expected. Easy to clean , cooks great, non stick. A variety of sizes too.

Customer Reviews
Customer Review: I had read so many reviews before deciding to purchase, and I came to one conclusion from so many people writing bad reviews â you all donât know how to cook! I have cooked fish, seared a steak, cooked scrambled eggs with cheese, poached an egg, fried bacon, made a bourbon reduction sauce with molasses and the consistent result from all these â everything was cooked to perfection and literally slid right out of the pan.I wanted to try these particular pans because for so long Iâve used Lodge cast iron pans. Donât get me wrong my cast iron pans are amazing but the constant maintenance can be exhausting. The Hexclad pan is being promoted as a hybrid of stainless steel, the durability of cast iron, and completely non-stick. They didnât disappoint. Plus theyâre so much lighter than my cast iron skillets and cleanups are a breeze.Let me give anyone who reads this a few tips:#1 Follow the directions given in the package.#2 Please, put a buffer between what youâre cooking and the pan. I use beef tallow, lard, or ghee. And please whatever you do, stay away from seed oils. Not only are they extremely unhealthy for you but their high heat points canât cut it like natural fats.#3 Cook on low to medium heat. You wonât be disappointed and youâll be surprised at how well these pans heat up.#4 When using any stainless steel utensils, donât dig into the pan or use a fork with the tines down scraping the bottom, or doing the same thing with a knife, or âŚ.. you get the point. See what I did there? Point? And lastly #5 âŚâŚ refer back to #2 and you wonât go wrong. Watching some of the videos where someone is cooking scrambled eggs without a buffer â what did you think was going to happen!? SMHHappy cooking!Update: I have used this pan for just about everything and I absolutely love it. It has literally became my favorite pan. Cooking is fun once again and the food tastes better. The ergonomics of the pan handle helps as it stays cool. But donât put your pan in the oven at 500° and then grab it by the handle because yourâre itching for a burn you donât want. This pan is a little heavier than what most of you are use to with your Teflon pans; thatâs because theyâre made from quality materials. I am disappointed theyâre made in China, but they are designed and planned here in the US.So the reason for writing this update is, and as I stated earlier, I really love this pan. So much so I purchased the complete set. Everyone has their own set of pans they love, and all Iâm doing is giving you my two cents worth. As of right now 11.21.2024, Hexclad has their Black Friday sale. Check them out as you wonât be disappointed.Happy cooking!
Customer Review: I really thought i messed up. All that money for this pan, and eggs stuck! Well it was only the first day. I seasoned it with some canola oil, heated it up and tried it out. I hate flipping eggs on a good day, and this was NOT a good day. Stuck to the bottom, even with small amount of oil.But i really needed a pan, and, like it or not, it was going to get used hard, every day for breakfast, and sometimes dinner, too! Bacon, sausage, fried potatoes, hamburger, steak, and the eggs. I give up, i just help them with a spatula and steam with a little water. Did that even with a nonstick pan. So i guess i couldnt complain. So, as it turned out, all that greasy food has done a good job seasoning the pan, and i can still use the plastic spatulas and not scratch the surface. When im done, deglazing the pan, and wiping it down cleans it up well. Dont use soap, or youre back to square one. I have a few little grease stains on that nice stainless edge, cosmetic, from pouring out excess oil before cooking.Scrambled eggs pull easily off the pan, nothing gets really stuck, like the first day. It pays to use the pan all the time, and this 12in pan just might last longer than the nonstick ones ive gone through every year, and that would be worth the $200.One thing, like if youve cooked up some meat, like bacon, etc. and you plan on putting eggs next in that pan, deglaze the pan with small amount of water to bubble off all that sticky stuff. Then pour in the eggs and they wont stick at all!Daily use for 2 weeks, and it seems like its broken in. I havent tried an omlette in it yet. I may just chicken out and get another nonstick for omlettes. Next im gonna try the titanium pan, see how that works!Meanwhile we will see how long the hexclad lasts. I thoroughly expect this pan to last me years, which is more than i can get out of the average nonstick! I go through one of those a year. And at $50 a pop, its getting old. If this pan, “pans out”, i may get the hexclad wok, next!Update, the more i use it, the more nonstick it gets! This pan is a real workhorse!

Customer Review: They’re great, I’ve already used them all. You have to learn to cook in them, and that’s the easiest. I loved them. Yes, the bigger pot got a little stained but they tell me, that with a special soap it comes out. Otherwise they are great.
Customer Review: These pans are AMAZING and EXACTLY what we have been hoping for! My family has been shopping around for pots and pans that will suit our needs for years and have been disappointed. The heat was evenly distributed, it was easy to get the food cooked to perfection, which we have not managed, even with our previous set that was a more expensive name brand set. 10/10, would recommend!

Customer Review: These are really nice pot and pans. They are light but thick. Some had mentioned the handles being an issue on fit. Mine were fine, all fit well. The lids are nice too. Heats quickly and evenly. No stick. Can’t go wrong for the money. I have a favorite pan that is Our Home line and cost 130.00 alone and super heavy. Thought i would never use anything else after that, but decided to go cheap on replacement of old t-fal cookware since Our Place would have cost 500.00 for set like this but i haven’t used anything but these since i got them 2 weeks ago. Definitely recommend. Easy to clean cause nothing sticks. I have a hanging rack above island and really love the looks of them…black with light brown comfortable handles. The deep fry pan would have been worth what i paid for whole set.
Customer Review: This cookware set has been excellent so far. The non-stick surface works very well, heats evenly, and is easy to clean. I appreciate that itâs PFAS, PTFE, PFOA, and PFOS free, which was a big reason for purchasing. The pans feel solid and well-made, and they perform nicely on induction as well as standard cooktops. For the price, this is a great value and a good option for anyone looking for healthier cookware without sacrificing performance.

Customer Reviews
Customer Review: After some research, I decided to get this pot from Circulon as I had bought some other Circulon cookware which was good quality. This was to replace other pots which the non-stick coating had begun to degrade and peel off. I needed a good 2 qt capacity pot as the one I had got tossed cause the non-stick coating had begun to peel. Having now used this pot numerous times for cooking vegetables, rice, various dishes, it’s excellent. It’s not heavy and the quality is excellent. It heats evenly and fairly quickly, there are no scratches nor dings in the coating, inside or outside. It’s still as non-stick as when it was new. I am impressed at how it performs. Clean up is a cinch, no sticking. Just out of habit, I don’t use metal utensils with any of my non-stick pans. I have plenty of plastic and wooden cooking utensils. I handwash all my non-stick as I heard that dishwashers are unnecessarily harsh on the coating. Besides they are so easy to wash it’s no hassle. Anyway this is a pot I would recommend for anyone looking for a good non-stick pot. It performs better than several other brands I have tried in the past. Good value for the money!
Customer Review: I absolutely love this thing. We’ll worth the price! Easy to use, durable, even heating, and easy to clean. Highly recommended.

When shopping for an induction pan set, the most critical factor is magnetic compatibility. The pan’s base must be ferrous (contain iron) to create the magnetic field that generates heat. Stainless steel (with an iron core or magnetic grade), cast iron, and some enameled steel will work. Aluminum or copper alone will not work unless they have an induction disk bonded to the base. Next, consider construction. Multi-ply (clad) constructionâlayers of metal like stainless steel/aluminum/stainless steelâprovides the best heat distribution and prevents warping. For nonstick, look at the coating type and layers. PTFE (Teflon-type) is common and durable for medium heat; ceramic is PTFE-free but can be less durable; hybrid options like HexClad aim to combine benefits. Oven and dishwasher safety are also key for versatility and ease of cleaning.
Budget Planning
Induction pan sets range widely in price. Budget sets ($50-$150) typically feature hard-anodized aluminum or thin stainless steel with nonstick coatings. They work well but may have shorter lifespans. Mid-range sets ($150-$400) offer better construction (like 3-ply stainless or thicker anodized aluminum) and more durable nonstick. Premium sets ($400+) are fully clad, often with multiple layers of metals, and feature the most durable nonstick or polished stainless interiors. Set your budget based on how often you cook and how long you want the set to last. A higher upfront cost often means better value over time.
Final Thoughts
Choosing the best induction pan set is about matching your cooking style, health priorities, and budget. If you want a lifetime investment and love searing, go for a clad stainless set like the KitchenAid 3-Ply. If easy cleanup is paramount, a durable nonstick set like the HexClad or Circulon is ideal. For the health-conscious, ceramic or PFAS-free options from Calphalon or Astercook are excellent. And for sheer quantity and value, the CAROTE sets are hard to beat. Thereâs a perfect set out there for every induction cooktop.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How can I tell if my current pans will work on induction?
A: The simplest test is to see if a magnet sticks firmly to the bottom of the pan. If it does, itâs induction compatible. If the magnet barely sticks or doesnât stick at all, it wonât work. Look for pans specifically labeled “induction compatible” for guaranteed performance.
Q: Is nonstick cookware safe to use on induction?
A: Yes, absolutely. Most modern nonstick pans have an aluminum or stainless steel base that is induction compatible. The nonstick coating itself (PTFE or ceramic) is not affected by the induction magnetic field. Just ensure the pan is rated for induction and follow the manufacturer’s heat guidelines (usually not exceeding medium-high heat).
Q: Why are my induction pans making a humming or buzzing noise?
A: A slight humming or buzzing sound is normal and is caused by the magnetic field interacting with the metal in the pan. The sound can vary based on the pan’s material, thickness, and the induction cooktop’s power setting. Using pans with perfectly flat, thick bottoms and matching the pan size to the induction burner can minimize the noise.
Q: Can I use metal utensils with my induction nonstick pans?
Q: Do I need special cleaners for stainless steel induction pans?
A: For routine cleaning, warm soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge is fine. For tough, stuck-on food or discoloration (blue or rainbow tints from overheating), use a dedicated stainless steel cleaner like Bar Keepers Friend or a paste of baking soda and water. Avoid bleach and abrasive steel wool, which can damage the surface.
