With this toaster, all you have to do is lift up on the handle and it raises items high enough for you to just pull out. Also, the crumb tray easily slides out and they recommend that you empty it after every use. It does seem to take slightly longer for it to complete its toasting, which you should take into account when you’re frying eggs or something so that it’s ready when you are. Obviously I’m pleased with this purchase and I highly recommend it.
